I'm a retired U.S. Army Ranger who returned to my old hood after my many years of service. What I saw on my old block shocked me a gang had moved in and was making life here awful, but did I give these punks any respect, hell no! We called the cops, we had the city removed their graffiti, we went to the city and had their home seized. In short we disrupted their fun. It was a tough 2 year battle! I had my car and house vandalized, one of my pets got kicked in the face, but we won the gang is gone and our block is nice again. Don't ever give these thugs 1 ounce of respect.

OK The truth is that he is probably in a gang so you should confront him. Because I really don't think it's just kids messin about. When children do hand signals that means they are reppin or in it.

P.S.You know what the Ok or Perfect sign is right?(Your pointer and thumb make an 'o' and your other 3 fingers are standin up) If they are throwin them up then they are a blood. Also if they wear a lot of red and avoid wearing blue they are a blood. If they brake the perfect sign on their left knee, then their a crip. Also if they wear a lot of blue and avoid the color red, then their a crip.
